Our infinite range of GRP Kiosks
offer a purpose built, economic solution to equipment
or personnel housing requirements. Designed specifically
to meet customer requirements, GRP kiosks provide a
long term solution to many industrial and indeed commercial
applications.
Our unique manufacturing methods allow
us to construct GRP kiosks up to 50m in length, 12m
in width and approximately 6m high. For larger GRP Kiosks,
multiple panel design configurations are utilised to
overcome mould restrictions.
External Finishes
Our standard external finish is
smooth gelcoat, offering excellent chemical and weather
resistance in extreme environments. Other external finishes
such as simulated brick and stone are available, where
environmental considerations are often the overriding
design factor in today's harmonic world. An extensive
scope of colours are offered from the BS4800 and RAL
ranges.
Internal Finishes
Our standard internal finish is
a white fire reterdant resin. Other finishes are available
such as flek or internal lining.
Structural Design
All GRP kiosks are designed in
accordance with current legislation and European and
British standards.
Delivery and Installation
The handling of such large structures
requires considerable organisation and experience. The
majority of our GRP kiosks are transported by a vehicle
with a rear mounted hiab. Assuming we can locate the
vehicle in close enough proximity to the prepared concrete
base, it is a simple exercise to lift the GRP kiosk
into position. As is often the case with remote sites,
accessibility may be a problem and should be assessed
by the customer prior to quotation. In circumstances
where the GRP kiosk cannot be transported in one piece,
it can be assembled on site by our experienced site
crew.
