GRP Enclosures - London Olympics 2012

We have recently completed our contract to supply 130 GRP Enclosures for the Olympic Stadium in Stratford, London. The GRP Enclosures are located on the roof of the main stadium; therefore their weight was a particular problem. We developed a light weight but robust GRP Enclosure, which provided weather protection for the electrical control panels, and also satisfied all design criteria.

Industrial GRP has positioned itself as a specialist manufacturer in providing GRP Enclosures which are located on the roof of sports stadiums, arenas and large conference & exhibition venues throughout the world. We have also supplied similar GRP Enclosures located on the roof of Earls Court, Olympia and the O2 in London.
