Our infinite range of GRP Kiosks offer a purpose built, economic solution to equipment or personnel housing requirements. Designed specifically to meet individual customer requirements, GRP Kiosks provide a long term solution to many industrial and commercial applications.
Our unique GRP manufacturing processes and methods allow us to construct GRP Kiosks up to 30m in length, 7m in width and approximately 4m high. For larger GRP Kiosks, multiple panel design configurations are utilised to overcome mould restrictions.

Construction
The wall and roof panel construction of all GRP Kiosks is dependent on customer specifications and size. Most GRP Kiosks have a 12mm plywood core encapsulated by fire retardant resin and chopped strand mat glass-fibre. The plywood used is weather and boil proof to BS1203. For larger GRP Kiosks other reinforcements such as steel may be encapsulated to satisfy structural design criteria.
Fire Protection
Fire retardant resin is used to form a self extinguishing laminate to BS476 Part 7 Class 2 (Surface spread of flame). Increased levels of protection can be offered if required.
Doors
Single, double and multiple leaf outward opening doors are available in an extensive range of sizes. Our manufacturing methods allow us to locate the doors anywhere in the GRP Kiosk walls. Doors are constructed in a similar manner to wall panels, but have additional steel reinforcement to prevent warping. Removable or hinged transoms and removable door sills can be fitted to the door to increase accessibility. Roller shutter or uPVC doors are also available if required.
Door Furniture
Vandal resistant stainless steel (grade 316) hinges and stainless steel automatic hold open stays are fitted as standard. Double doors are fitted with internal spring bolts to restrain the passive door leaf. Cylinder night-latch locks are fitted as standard, however a comprehensive range of door locking systems are also available.
Electrical Installation
We can also provide a complete electrical installation carried out by our team of suitably qualified electricians. This can be carried out at our works or on site. Documentation
We will supply a general arrangement drawing as standard on all items. This will be in AutoCAD format and is emailed for customer approval within an agreed period from the start of the contract. We also supply Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Lifting Plans where required. All Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Lifting Plans are compiled by a qualified Appointed Person.
Delivery
We offer a diverse set of delivery options. For smaller items we offer an economical courier delivery, for offloading by others. Larger items are transported on flat bed vehicles complete with rear mounted hiab cranes.
